1. Scope of Consultancy
Consultancy services may include:
- Educational guidance and planning
- Content and program advice
- Project discussions and strategy
- Recommendations for teaching and learning improvement
All consultancy is advisory in nature.
2. Booking a Consultation
- Consultations must be booked through the website or agreed method
- Booking confirmation may be required before the session
- Details of the meeting (time, format, etc.) will be shared after booking
3. Nature of Consultation
- Consultations are for discussion, guidance, and planning
- Advice is based on the information provided by the client
- Outcomes may vary depending on implementation
4. Proposals & Project Details
- Detailed plans, documents, or strategies may not be provided during initial consultation
- Full project proposals may be shared:
- after consultation
- after reviewing requirements
- upon formal agreement
5. Payments
- Some consultations may be free, while others may require payment
- Paid consultations must be completed before the session
- Payments are processed securely via:
- Stripe
- PayPal
6. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Clients may request rescheduling in advance
- Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled
- Refunds for consultation sessions are generally not provided
7. Confidentiality
Any information shared during consultation:
- will be treated as confidential
- will only be used for discussion and service purposes
8. Limitation of Advice
- Consultancy is based on professional experience and available information
- Teaching Table is not responsible for:
- decisions made based on advice
- outcomes resulting from implementation
9. Intellectual Property
- Any ideas, frameworks, or concepts shared during consultation remain the property of Teaching Table unless otherwise agreed
- Clients may not reproduce or distribute consultancy materials without permission
