Digital Products
How do I download my purchase?
After completing your purchase you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads directly from the order confirmation page. Downloads are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
How many times can I download my purchase?
You can download your purchased files unlimited times. We do not restrict the number of downloads on any of our digital products.
What file format are the products in?
All our digital products are available in PDF format. They are ready to print or use digitally in your classroom.
Can I use the resources in my classroom?
Yes! All Teaching Table resources are licensed for personal and classroom use. You can print and use them with your students freely. However reselling or redistributing the files is not permitted.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Our store is priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and we also offer a currency converter for international customers.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However if you encounter any errors or issues with your purchased file, please contact us and we will fix the issue and resend the corrected file to you promptly.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal which use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Teaching Table does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Consultancy & Services
How do I book a consultation?
You can book a free 30-minute consultation directly on our Consultancy page. Simply select a date and time that works for you using our online booking calendar and we will confirm your appointment via email.
Is the consultation free?
Yes, the initial consultation is completely free with no obligation. We will discuss your needs and goals and recommend the best solution for your school or organization.

Do you work with schools and organizations outside Canada?
Yes! While our company is registered in Canada and primarily serves Canadian educators, we work with schools, teachers, and organizations internationally. Our digital products and consultancy services are available worldwide.
